Someone To Give My Love to (Johnny Paycheck)

Post by Jim Saunders »

Jeff Newman did this song on his universal and actually did pedal action with his finger behind the nut. Tony Browne also did it on E9. Has anyone tabbed this song?

Right section...see nothing wrong with it.

I have Jeff playing that somewhere. Didn't he do a course on that tune? I know he played it on 12 string but I think it was all in the E9 mode, just some of it on the lower strings. It's a great instrumental cover of the Paycheck tune. Hopefully someone will come up with some tab for you.

It was on Youtube for awhile, but it has disappeared. If you do a search, Tony Browne comes up. He does a great job on the song, but I would still like to see Jeff's version and, it would be great to have a tob.
