What a wonderful weekend at the TSGA! I so appreciated the love from each person who reached out to welcome me, express their condolences for my loss and to share their many heart-warming stories about Tommy. I wasn’t sure my emotions would hold up, yet through it all, I knew I was with friends, and felt the love. I would never have taken the trip without the encouragement of my dear friend, Randy Beavers, who has been my rock! Randy lost his precious wife Judy two years ago. The pain of that loss is still so raw. I was glad to see his amazing set and the outpouring of love he also received after an extended absence from steel guitar shows! Wasn’t his set wonderful?!

Also a special thanks to Larry Toliver for dedicating and playing DANCE WITH ME in memory of my husband, Tommy Dodd! ❤️

Thanks so much, Guys!
Randy G, So you want Mike Scaggs to GIVE you one of his killer amps for your August birthday, huh?
I sent your gift request to him, but the way Mike’s phone was blowing up on our return trip, I’d say you had better place your order soon!!🥳😎. If he won’t give you one, I promise I will send you a tee shirt or some picks!!!
