Time Warner / Spectrum Email Issues?

I've been trying all day, using two different computers and an iPhone, to access my email...to no avail. One time I got through and found two email messages from today and two from August and September of 2015.
I can't get into my Sent box at all.

Perhaps you should switch to Gmail. You can probably forward your existing email accounts to Gmail, so as to not lose any more messages than you already are. Then give your Gmail address for new contacts,
