Working on Stompin At The Savoy, and making a backing track in BIAB.
I'm using Joe Wilson's Lesson
http://www.dobrojoe.com/stompin-at-the-savoy.html
I want to have the intro (4 measures) and then at the 5th measure start the A part (I don't want the repeats to have the intro 4 measures)
How do I set the song to do this?

Reference your screen shot - Under Song, look to the right of the style box, you will see a small box that says "Start" with the number 1 in it. Change the #1 to 5. Then the chorus will play for 4 bars ans song actual start on bar 5.
Believe this is what you are looking for.

Took me a while to figure that out, too.
